Despite appearances I've always been somewhat introvert and introspective … always more keenly observant and sensitive to the human condition and the feelings of others... always observant of a world that has grown far too cold and distant from itself … one thing I've discovered in life is that ultimately we need to lead with our hearts over and above our minds... compassion caring and unconditional benevolence towards others - things that become ever more so lost on the winds of the present day... Mine is a dichotomy of characteristics -As a strength and conditioning enthusiast and bodybuilder, I harbour a focus, intensity dedication and motivation to better myself that exceeds most...as a science grad and a study in meditation, I'm also one that appreciates time for quiet reflection, walks in nature and immersion into internal self development.
